I showed up at 1:30, was the last person in line. They had two people at the register, all lights were on, and they told me I had to come back in 30 minutes because they wanted to eat lunch. One of these two couldn’t have taken care of the last person in line? Aside from this, in the past I’ve noticed this location is extremely understaffed. Hi , i make the changes of pharmacies 2 years ago and I picked this one, and for me and my family it’s is the best choice an ever had. They always explain everything about new prescription and if they don’t have it they ordered right away. Thank you for being there for me and helping me and my family.
I used this CVS due to being in town to visit family and the convenience of its location. I had forgotten my medication and only needed a few pills of two medications. I called ahead and due to some confusion with copays and a register being down, it took 45 minutes to check out. Ridiculous!
