The target pharmacy is top notch. They always have a kind word and go out of their way to help with any issues.
By far the worst customer experience of my life, while trying to pick up my one medically necessary prescription. The staff behind the counter need better training on interactions with people, how to communicate, and to stop making excuses for why my prescription was not ready despite receiving confirmation texts that they received my refill request 3 days prior and two text confirmations that my refill was ready for pickup. The Associates that work at the CVS Pharmacy at Target greet you with a smile and are very courteous and helpful. I am very pleased with the service I receive at the Pharmacy at Target
Target gave into the orange monster, showing they have no spine. 40 days is probably turning into a lifetime. I won't shop with this cowardly company anytime soon. Additionally, their pharmacy has always been 🗑️.
