The staff here has always been kind and helpful. The issue is that the last three times I've been in, the pharmacy has been extremely short staffed. My daughter has type one diabetes so our visits are frequent and the prescription list is long. I'm on hold right now. I've been on hold for 20min. I just had a tech answer stating that he was by himself and I'll be waiting for a long time. Disappointed that CVS will not be honoring the canvas deal that occurred earlier this week. I will be switching my preferred pharmacy out of the CVS on target and to Walgreens due to the lack of customer service and lack of follow through on an order.
