Not sure of her name, but she is severely lacking in manners, respect, and was absolutely no help when we called to double check if a package was at that location. She honestly should have told us to screw off and it wouldn't hace been as rude! We get this a busy time of year, it is for everyone. But my goodness who spit it her oatmeal? Yikes! poor representation of the company
RecommendedDue to insurance issues had to do business with a CVS for the first time, out of medication, needing CVS to reach out to my insurance on a Saturday, well let’s just say it was challenging! Chris, at the Main St CVS was our hero!! Prior to closing my husband was able to get his meds! Thank you so much for all the efforts!!!
