So far, I've kept my prescriptions here because the location is convenient for me and the lines are never long. There is good reason for the lack of lines--poor management and the extremely rude lead/managing pharmacist, Sam. All of my interactions with employees other than Sam have been positive. The pharmacist HATES his job. He is so rude every time I have to speak with him. He acts like you’re wasting his time if you have questions.
HATE IT HATE IT HATE IT!!!! I have been treated with nothing but disrespect and disdain from the moment I started going there. The pharmacist was rude to me and loudly spoke of his opinions of my different prescriptions so that anyone can hear exactly what my prescriptions were. I am not ashamed and I don't care but there are laws. And ever since then he has been rude to me and I have to fight for every prescription to get refilled. I am elderly and disabled and exhausted.
