I have been a CVS customer for decades, This specific CVS pharmacy has been my longest. We are loyal to this store because they are extremely professional and beyond that, they are kind. The pharmacies is awesome, he knows the names of his customers, makes it a point to say "hi", even if another team member is assisting you. We had an insurance change and it was an awful process of obtaining new authorizations, and dealing with slow MD office staff. I was looking for a specific product at the 11th street location but they didn’t have it. They told me to call this location before heading over. The lady was so helpful over the phone, she even went to look for the product while I waited on the phone. I went and picked it up and the lady that helped me at the register was so awesome, she was very knowledgeable about the app and helped me save some money with a coupon. Awesome experience of kindness.
