I have been a CVS customer for decades, This specific CVS pharmacy has been my longest. We are loyal to this store because they are extremely professional and beyond that, they are kind. The pharmacies is awesome, he knows the names of his customers, makes it a point to say "hi", even if another team member is assisting you. We had an insurance change and it was an awful process of obtaining new authorizations, and dealing with slow MD office staff.
