We almost always have good experiences with CVS, our primary pharmacy. In particular, Pharmacist Jennifer, is always knowledgeable, helpful and kind.
Every time I go to this CVS and Jennifer is working, it is such a wonderful experience. Most times it is just her in the pharmacy and she is so good at being attentive to all the customers. I have never felt dismissed or rushed off by her even if there is a long line. She is so personable and connects to the customers. There was one experience where I needed a prescription filled quickly as I was going out of town and she was super helpful on the phone and was able to solve my problem. Inconvenient timings, hence not dependable. Off on weekends. Always check the timings before you go.
Nasty and rude woman at the front - you're like 50 years old with no customer service. It's not the customers fault that you hate your life. You should be fired
