This target is 5 min from my home so ive come here dozens of times but ive had to stop because of how disorganized it is. The prices and sale stickers in the aisle are consistently incorrect and are never updated, multiple staff didnt know how to ring up a giftcard to the point that i could not use it (worked fine at another location) and items listed in stock on the app are never actually in store. I witnessed workers at Target at this location in particular hide Pokemon ETB boxes I was passing by and seeing customer service had the rack out in the back room with a bunch of them on the shelf and I figured I'd finish my shopping trip and then go back and get a couple but when I did ask one of the workers they said there are all sold out which is a lie there was nobody up there plus they have a limit which is crazy but I personally witnessed them holding the Pokemon cards I left and came back in 10 minutes later and seei... read more

Rude, condescending, and disrespectful! Target needs to seriously re-evaluate how it trains and selects its supervisory staff. Condescension and rudeness have no place in customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I will be thinking twice before returning.
