After my favorite pharmacist left this location is 2020, I never felt the desire to stay loyal to any pharmacy, of any chain, anywhere. I stopped going to CVS. Then one day, out of convince I picked up medication at this location.. there was some sort of issue with my insurance or the prescription, I can’t remember, instead of just writing me off, the manager took the time to fix the issue. The team member at the CVS pharmacy located at Target store in Glendale Galleria is very kind and helpful and caring.
Aside from always being asked about the most annoying “barcode” which some of the older women working there almost refuse to help you if you don’t have it, and the slight attitude that comes with it, I guess it’s how the world is now. But it’s fine. It’s a pharmacy like any other. Christine is lovely however, always friendly and helpful. Always makes sure to have my refills ready and on time.
The shopping experience here is extraordinarily good
