After opening almost 15 minutes late from their lunch break the two individuals at the front desk decided to proceed to assist customers that created a makeshift line instead of myself and another customer. Im visibly 9 months pregnant and had already been standing for 20 minutes waiting and cant stand long which i explained to them apparently customer care and safety isn't a concern.
Service was great! The staff at the CVS Pharmacy in Lathrop (inside Target) were very helpful and professional. I went in to get my flu vaccine and the process was quick, smooth, and easy. They were kind, explained everything well, and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you for the excellent service!
