I received 2 phone calls today regarding a prescription that has no refills left. I spoke with the pharmacy this morning (10:30am) and explained that I did NOT need this refilled. I was told ok, no problem. Why are you calling me again at 5:20pm with the same request?!?! I called back AGAIN and spoke with the pharmacy. I asked to please stop calling me about this prescription. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH CVS SO FAR! THEY TREAT ME VERY KINDLY & HELPFUL! �"THANK U JESUS"
Was there mainly for a shingles shot. Very quick and no waiting. However, I can't say that for the check out line up front. Have never been there and not have a long line.��
The treatment at this CVS is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I was serviced by a female employee and later by the manager Todd Lowery. No customer service skills whatsoever. Very quick to exhibit negative attitudes, especially from the manager himself. Highly disrespectful towards all general public including children. Me and my child had an awful experience we hope never ever to repeat again. Hopefully no other child goes through such traumatic situation.
"We're clooooosed." The pharmacy used to be open 24-hours-a-day, but they randomly changed their hours in December; this is completely unhelpful to second- and third-shift workers.
I really hate this place it is unprofessional everytime I come here I get attitude I do not understand why they can never have my prescription ready when I come in bed and when I c** inside they act like they can I help you you guys really need to do background check on who you hire at CVS because they are very rude and disrespectful they had me waiting in drive thru for about 30 minutes and then asked me to come in what kind of customer service is that and when I came in they had me wait another 30 minutes is just crazy I a... read more
