Everything about it !! I get automated messages saying my meds are ready, then I drive about 30mins to get there and my meds arent ready!!! So depending what time it is , I either wait in the parking or I'll go home and come back.hours later... and again on several times then, my meds still were not ready!! I am done with CVS and moving to another pharmacy!!
by far worst cvs the pharmacy needs a new manager because they are the worst. forget having to call them you'll sit on there for an hour with still no response. not to mention the perlscription quantity is always wrong even though I'm sure they have no problem charging my insurance the full amount.
Worst cvs I've been to. Twice in one week we were told a medication would be in Stock by a certain day. Came in today to get a script filled and they tell me they never ordered the medication. So now my son is completely out of his meds and they won't have any in Stock "they say" til next Wednesday now. So now I gotta drive 30 minutes out of my way to try having it filled somewhere else.
Worse place to get ur meds! Every month its the same bs they put me through. Smh My parents keep recommending me elsewhere cause they know that cvs sucks. Idk what it is with those ppl..ALL OF THEM! I try to be understanding and open minded but nothing they do makes sense to me. I need a new cvs to go to! Yous need to get it together. You guys are doing a poor job!
