The people are amazing there, in person. At the same time, you guys should say something when putting people on hold, while in calls. As someone who works at a clinic, they would’ve yelled at us if we didn’t tell the patients to please hold Edit: it’s been 25 minutes and I’m still waiting for an answer Edit: I’m at 45 minutes and still no response
My CVS pharmacy off Ellesworth in Aurora is 5 stars. I am ALWAYS fully satisfied.
They have always quickly filled my prescriptions! CVS texts keep you informed on status and when refills are due also!
Use to be decent location with good secvice. Now its just all attitude and rudeness especially coming from the tall caucasian pharmacy tech.
Great experience at CVS Aurora. Staff is great.
