If I could give a –100, I would. I usually love Target, but the CVS pharmacy inside this store is consistently disappointing. Everything else in the building is great, but the pharmacy staff lacks basic respect and human decency every single time I come. Yesterday was the last straw: they went on lunch, and when me and another woman walked up at 1:30 PM, one of the employees literally rolled the gate down in our faces — while she was trying to ask a simple question. I get notifications stating my prescriptions are ready for pickup but then when I get there I’m told they’re not ready? Happens every time! Or my insurance won’t cover it then I get another text it’s ready . So when I get there it’s not ready and insurance did cover it. One of the guys (curly hair , glasses ) is very rude, always in a bad mood. When I switched from Walgreens to them yrs ago I had a good experience with CVS, as of late not so much. And I can’t afford to transfer again.
Very helpful. First time took a little bit but the second time I was in and out no time.
