Switched here from Rite aid since it closed. Have called multiple times in the last 2 months waiting for 2 prescriptions that I still haven’t recieved and also had to wait over an hour the first time I went to pick up a prescription. I showed up to pick up my first perscription and the pharmacist said it wasn’t ready but she would call me in less than an hour if I was willing to wait. The new AI assistant that answers the phone is extremely frustrating. There doesn't seem to be a way of getting past it to talk to somebody.
