Terrible. It’s a pain to even get to the pharmacy on the phone but once you do NO option to speak to a human. Leave a message and they’ll call back sometime.
Unbelievable how terrible this place is. They say one thing and 30 seconds say something completely different. They just make things up as they go. The the know nothing receptionist should ask and find out a question if she doesn't know instead of blowing smoke.
I feel like this pharmacy isn’t urgent to fill your meds when you bring your script.. I have moved pharmacies and happy I did so! I would do rite aid.. they are not only open 24 hours they also immediately fill your scripts and not make you wait when you are on a time scrunch having to leave town
Absolute incompetence. We have been trying to get meds moved over from Rite aid with the buy out and have now been waiting on them to pull out son's med over which he hasn't had for a week. Whelp, turns out the MD has to call this in and no one saw fit to call me and let me know. I had to go into the location to find out that my son STILL will not have his medication. Edit: i am not changing review. I finally got my prescriptions filled 18 days later. The Aetna/CVS partnership may be good for stockholders, but, it definitely doesn't work for the consumer. Forced to go here due to Aetna. Have been trying for the past 12 days to switch my prescriptions and the still have not filled it despite my medical provider sending in the new prescription since they are too frightened to fax a request from Walgreens. I am out of my meds. Completely incompetent.
