Their automated system is terrible. No option to speak to a person. Only voice prompts, and those aren't always the options needed, so you just have to keep trying different things hoping it'll give the results you're looking for.
Very, very disappointed with my experience of picking up her prescription at the CVS store. For the number of people working at this facility behind the counter and the amount of wait time for someone to even acknowledge that you’re standing there to pick up a prescription and to drop a prescription off to have it reworked totally unacceptable. If you have a choice, take your business to a different store.
The lines are crazy busy and they require a pre-authorization from doctor to be sent in to insurance. Moving pharmacies asap. Don’t recommend.
Standing in line for the third time. 1.5 hours to get a single prescription. An emergency from out of town. Ultimately in line for a fourth time.Clerk demanded I call my doctor for verification, though my doctor sent all prescriptions. Then she took a call while I kept waiting. And waiting. And waiting. Unbelievable how terrible this place is. They say one thing and 30 seconds say something completely different. They just make things up as they go. The know nothing receptionist should ask and find out a question if she doesn't know instead of blowing smoke.
