Pharmacist didn’t care she was violating of regulations due to the posted sign says closed 1:30-2 for lunch not before then. I was there before closing for lunch about 7-5 before 1:30 and the pharmacist refused to help due to she was closing for lunch when lunch is not till 1:30 and it’s posted. It was just me and they where helping one lady already I mean I understand if there was a line of course I get it but there was no one else but myself just trying to pick up my daughters prescription.
So sad Riteaid went bankrupt. Tried to refill my prescriptions online only to get the "we are working on the price" so could not process it online. That was on 9/8/25. Had to come into the store and have them refill my prescriptions only to have 1 ready on 9/10/25 with no idea or answer why the others didn't get filled. Told to come back the next day. 9/11/25 no prescriptions filled. 9/12/25 stood inline for 20 minutes only to find out I still had no prescriptions filled. Quite literally the worst pharmacy in town. I don’t know why they won’t hire more staff when there is people standing in line for hours. Never having a prescription sent here ever again
Their automated system is terrible. No option to speak to a person. Only voice prompts, and those aren't always the options needed, so you just have to keep trying different things hoping it'll give the results you're looking for.
Very, very disappointed with my experience of picking up her prescription at the CVS store. For the number of people working at this facility behind the counter and the amount of wait time for someone to even acknowledge that you’re standing there to pick up a prescription and to drop a prescription off to have it reworked totally unacceptable. If you have a choice, take your business to a different store.
