Always chaotic, can never get the meds, always an issue. Since I came on the 6/30 at 6pm, too late to bill for June, but too early to bill for July (under new insurance). I understand it's insurances fault but what's the solution? Nothing CVS didnt have one, left without the meds. Will be reporting to State Board of Pharmacy and include in there the insurance need to get their shit together as well.
Go to Costco, the pricing is more honest and consistent!!
They are really good. Having my CVS mobile pass definately gets me through the line faster than the wait because the wait is terrible!
Rx not ready when receiving text that it is, breaks for lunch and closes saying it’s the law when it isn’t (only because they don’t staff their shifts proper). Some staffs rudeness clouds those who respectful. Website for managing rx never works proper. Our family will no longer use this location and will refrain from CVS entirely.
