Have the pharmacy answer your phone call in less than 30 minutes. Finally hung up. Guess i will have to go there to be able to talk to a human being. This is the one on Airline Blvd Portsmouth. Service just keeps on going down hill.
I have used cvs in many places for years. This one though is the worst. They got all my prescriptions wrong. My doctor called in Meds and they got everyone of them wrong and I am still waiting for them to realize they missed one. My biggest complaint is all my Meds are triple and more in price than a Month ago. They refused to tell me why. When asked I was told they don’t have time for answering that. Geez for many many years I used cvs and now ......no more
The pharmacy staff is rude Rude RUDE. They even talked about a patient who couldn't afford his medicine in front of other clients.
Very POOR consideration of patients & handling of reclassification of Tramadol to a Class IV Controlled Substance. Consideration only for following the federal law & ABSOLUTELY NONE for communicating to patients to maintain rather aggravate continuity of patient care. My insurance requires use of this pharmacy. Can't get to CVS corporate 800-746-7287 to file complaint except during my working hours. HORRIBLE & 2nd Like Situation in 12 months - 1st with my then 81 year old mom!
