Pharmacist Christina at CVS has made it clear that they are just pill pushing robots. When it comes to medical supplies they are totally Clueless on how to process request through insurance or medicare. CVS's medical supply is handled through a company called OmniSys located in Texas. OmniSys will not talk to you unless your from CVS. Medicare is a government insurance provider, nothing else. They do not require store or want medical records according to their claims rep. District pharmacy Manager Adrian Bosowski and store Registered Pharmacist Christina Magnabosco will never accept accountability. I have a communications log from the doctors office that shows the Pharmacy never reached out for the refill. I requested on June 10. I also have my call logs to the pharmacy on June 10, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th. I also have a text confirmation of the request for the medication. Your pharmacy failed their judiciary and legal responsibilities of a patient.
For most part they are stocked on items. Love their coupon, sales. CVS for me!!!!!!!
