This has been a horrible experience. The pharmacy feels more like a bread line during the Great Depression and less like a productive convenience where you can pick up your meds and do some shopping. Not being able to pick up the medication you need but being offered medication you did not request. On 3 consecutive visits as the situation becomes dire. Is traumatic and frustrating. At no point was any effort made to inform or correct the situation.
This pharmacy used to be good. The last few times I have gone nobody knows what they’re doing. My doctor gave me a full year’s worth of refills on my medication. I have been refilling it all year. My CVS app shows I have one refill left. I order the last refill and check to see if it’s ready on the app, and it says to contact my doctor for a refill. The best pharmacy I’ve ever had. They’re prompt, respectful and get back to me whenever I have questions. There’s hardly ever a line.
Don’t know whose idea it was to only allow customers to leave voicemails but that some BS I’ve had to deal with every time I’ve had to get a prescription. I’ve called and left a voicemail with no one returning my calls. Don’t get your prescription here
