So I go to CVS in Drexel Hill ( in pain) to get the cards for father's day from my children. They kids also wanted to buy some beard balm for their father and a gift bag. I asked the cashier to put the balm in the bag and it fell out. I thought I picked it up but realized once i got home I had not. I called the store to inform them and the cashier who rang me up stated he would check. CVS is my favorite store and the store on Lansdowne ave in Drexel Hill is one of my favorite locations to shop at. I had an encounter last night with a young lady who is new to the store. She was very rude and nasty (not the 1st time). She acts like you're bothering her when u need help at the self scan registers, rolling her eyes and stomping toward you. She really needs to be retrained or learn people skills. CVS needs to stop hiring people just bc they have good credit.
3 times to pick up a prescription that was not ready and they had texted me to let me know it was ready! This is the second time this has happened at this CVS. There is no common sense in that pharmacy. The insurance requires a 90 day supply. The doctor issues a 4 month prescription?? They don't realize that you have to call the doctor for a renewal. Seriously! I told them that in person in the store. Either way stupidity.
This is the worst pharmacy on the planet, they will make you come back multiple times because they don't keep meds in stock. Then when you get there they are miserable and act like they are doing you a favor.
Everyone who works at this location is always willing to assist you and go out of there way to help you find what you need
Its great they are open 24 hours...but seem to give the wrong prescription to the wrong person way too much.
