First they had a pharmacist named James who was a nightmare he was incredibly rude and disrespectful and wouldn't fill prescriptions when you have a prescription to fill he would say they didn't have the medication he had many complaints as a former employee at Walgreens so they let him go and he transferred to CVS and now he's not working there anymore incredibly cruel to people I don't know how he became a pharmacist he was the one that limped around now they have a new pharmacist that resembles James and is incredibly rud... read more
Absolutely nothing to improve on perfection - from the moment I pull up to the drive-thru window for pick-up of medications from my car, someone attends to me immediately, and I am done in a few moments. Excellent service and the texting the pharmacy using the CVS app works awesomely as well. Way to go, CVS on Cerrillos Rd. in Santa Fe!
Usually I have a good experience with CVS on Cerrillos Rd but today these new associates were cold and RUDE to say the least. Start training new employees properly!!
