The whole staff is excellent especially Nam and Lauren when she was there. The pharmacy techs & all of them are very attentive to the needs of their clients. Nam especially treats you like a member of his own family. It really takes compassion & dedication to be in this profession; you have to deal with angry, frustrated, irritated, & sometimes irrational clients. Nam knows how to tone down those types of emotions. He is one exemplary pharmacist!!! Kudos to Nan & his whole staff.
I visited your location today, and unfortunately, the woman at the front desk was very rude. I hope you can hire staff with better manners in the future.
