I always love going to the CVS and have a very professional relationship with the pharmacist.
Was on the Vitamin Aisle and decided to ask the pharmacist and the pharmacist tech on duty a question. However, the pharmacist technician never approached the counter and when speaking with the pharmacist. He never answered my question regarding the difference between the D3 that I was inquiring about. Should definitely consider getting staff that doesn’t mine taking the time out to assist.
The whole staff is excellent especially Nam and Lauren when she was there. The pharmacy techs & all of them are very attentive to the needs of their clients. Nam especially treats you like a member of his own family. It really takes compassion & dedication to be in this profession; you have to deal with angry, frustrated, irritated, & sometimes irrational clients. Nam knows how to tone down those types of emotions. He is one exemplary pharmacist!!! Kudos to Nan & his whole staff.
