We came to this location to get a vaccine and pick up prescription refills. The customer service at the pharmacy was excellent. Plenty of staff to take care of us. The store was clean and organized. Definitely recommend this CVS

I would rate 0 stars if possible. I visited Minute Clinic today for help with a somewhat recurring illness. I have visited for this in the past and have had good care that would support me until I could see my regular doctor. On today’s visit the provider told me I should not have made an appointment, that Minute Clinic wasn’t for this, and that I should leave and not come back. I scheduled the Covid-19 and Flu vaccine shot and walked into this. That is a no for me. Look elsewhere folks.

Elisa at the 2013 Kelly Ln, Pflugerville, TX store needs to take a few more customer service classes. After waiting in the drive thru for my one prescription refill, I was told it would be ready in 15 additional minutes. I had no problem with that. I parked and went inside 15 minutes later. I waited in like about 5 minutes with one person ahead of me.
