Extremely disappointing experience with CVS. I rely on a medication that I cannot miss. I was told it had been ordered, only to find out it had never been ordered. I was understandably upset, but I never threatened anyone. Despite that, CVS placed a note on my account that now appears every time I pick up a prescription, repeatedly reminding me of the incident.
