Communication here is beyond horrible. I transferred Perscroptions on a Thursday and on Sunday I had heard nothing had to go into the store to speak.with someone. Cvs doesn't put you through to a person have to wait for them to call you back. I was told that my prescriptions were on hold. I needed one that Wednesday. Not sure what they did when transferring them but I went back to Jewel and they had them filled within 2 hours. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH CVS. Review written 08/02/2025. They have a nice system on the cvs app where you can message the pharmacy about your rx order. This helps to be able to reach out to pharmacy staff without having to wait on hold on phone. Also you can leave them a voicemail and they will call you back. Also you can scan a barcode on your phone to pick up medicine. So far all positive experiences at this pharmacy.
The pharmacist lied and hung up on me. I will never deal with this CVS pharmacy again. I do not have her name, but based on her accent, she was an Indian lady who was very rude.
