Staff has always been so pleasant and helpful, however the wait times are at times 10-15 minutes long because they appear to be understaffed.
So slow!
I’ve been here twice, not by choice. Each time when stepping to the counter you are basically ignored..minutes pass by, someone finally looks up and says we will be with you in a few minutes…more waiting. No one else is being helped. This has happened each time I went there. Only two people working, one pharmacist and the other a technician. They prob need more help, but Customer Service is lacking
It can get busy and take a while, but this is a reliable pharmacy with a good web-based app, too.
Waited a while at the desk to get Covid vaccines before anyone noticed us. The pharmacists were either glued to their computer or didn’t seem to care to even look around and be attentive. A guy who was picking up a prescription came after us and was helped immediately. The lady still didn’t notice us and we were standing next to him. The male pharmacist had to actually tell her that we were there in order to notice us. He was staring into his screen the whole time.
