My name is Debbie . I visited CVS on 11/08/09 at 11:43 a.m at location 1922 west 103rd street. I purchased an 2010 Entertainment book. I purchased from a Southwest CVS Store. I realized the CVS store sold me an Northwest Entertainment book. I called the CVS of my purchase to speak to the manager to inform him that CVS has sold me the wrong book. He was very nasty to me. I have been going to this CVS Pharmacy since it opened approximately 4 years ago. Service is excellent. The pharmacy manager is the best ever. Her people skills are outstanding. I would never transfer my presciptions to any other pharmacy.
