CVS PHARMACY IN NEDERLAND, on Hwy 365 is a good one, great staff and fabulous pharmacy staff. They really helped me out.
During my visit, pharmacy staff were talking loudly over the counter to their friends while customers were waiting. This felt very unprofessional and distracting. A pharmacy should focus on customer service and privacy, not personal conversations. I hope management addresses this.
I needed some vaccines and my insurance required me to use CVS. I’ve always used Walgreens and hate the wait and rudeness always at Walgreens. But the CVS on 27th and 365 in Nederland was awesome. They were friendly, fast and the pharmacist really cared and showed concern about my health. I just could not have been more pleased and can not recommend them more. I give them 10 stars and 10 additional thumbs up
My visits to CVS are always positive ones. I have no issues with the staff or anything else at CVS.
