I am incredibly disappointed by the treatment my 70-year-old mother and 90-year-old grandmother received at this CVS location. They visited the pharmacy to pick up essential eye medication. Despite providing the required ID and insurance cards, the staff insisted there was a date-of-birth discrepancy. The pharmacy staff are always amazing and helpful. Pleasant staff in the entire store. Love coming to visit this CVS.
I really like the NEW Technology Based Pick-up, as it speeds up the process, by not having to wait on less tech savy customers.
