I love shopping at my neighborhood CVS. The team members are always courteous and ever so helpful. I especially love all the extra discounts ,coupons on top of manufacturers coupons on top digital coupons on top of "ExtraBucks !" 🤗
This review is in regard to the pharmacy. I have been a customer of CVS pharmacy for a little over a now. I was never absolutely happy with the service but continued due to the convenience of the location. The workers are rude and very short tempered and unhelpful so I try to limit my interactions. Not to mention CVS is a pricier store compared to Walgreens and other drug stores. Unfortunately, my schedule doesn't allow for me to pick up my prescription once filled. You might want to teach Jaylyn in the Pharmacy about better customer service and how to be pleasant. He does not smile. Gives ugly mean face look and does not say thank you. Remember…customers pay his wages.
