I called the Cedar Lake CVS at 11:25am today and was put on hold (once again) for 11-1/2 minutes. Each quarter I need my hormone filled and they never have it and it has to be ordered. Then it comes in and sits on the shelf until I call in and have them check. They mentioned previously that they don't have enough staff to tell the system that it's in so that the refill would go through automatically. horrible service. receive voicemail prescription was to be be ready next day after noon. day and half later not ready. worst customer service ever. go across street to Walgreens. awesome customer service.
Avoid at all costs. 2-3 weeks for prescriptions to come in. Doesn’t have emergency eye wash’s ( because they give them to employees and don’t order more). Just all around bad service 80% of the time you go there. If my insurance allowed it I would go somewhere else. Almost worth the 10 mile drive just to get a bandaid!
Again, medication I need to, well, stay alive, is not in stock. Ok, that happens. But when I'm told on Friday it'll be in by Monday, and its Wednesday and still no medication (not even a controlled medication!?) if you call, be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes on hold. last chance, I hate to move all of my prescriptions, but it may become the best thing for my health. Been to the store 4 times for a script to be filled. It's over the counter allergy medicine. Waited a month and the still won't fill it. Taking my money elsewhere. Never going to another CVS again.
I have been going to CVS for years now anytime I need a prescription filled to just a simple cold medicine the pharmacist in this CVS location will stereotype you if you go there he has told me on numerous locations to come in on a certain date for a prescription refill and when I do he yells at me and says it's too early and this is literally only hours after calling me and telling me that my prescription is ready this guy should be fired and replaced immediately with someone who can actually do their job the correct way an... read more
