Personnel at this CVS want to fill prescriptions but not actually hand them to their customers. Every single time I come here there are 2-3 people working but no one wants interact with customers. I was very disappointed with the communication at this pharmacy. The manager, Khoua, did not provide clear information. We came for a vaccination and were told it would arrive the next afternoon, but it never came. She also failed to mention that we would receive a text message once it arrived. In addition, I wish Khoua were more welcoming toward customers. Each time I visit, she does not smile or greet people, which makes the experience less pleasant.
