This is hands down the BEST pharmacy in Baton Rouge. We have been coming here for a couple years now and both my husband and myself repeatedly say time and time again how amazing both pharmacist are here. Everyone is just so polite and they go out of their way to help you with whatever question you may have. They ask questions if you are OK and actually care about you. Everyone is so nice here, but especially Mr. Brent!!! Thank you for always being so kind, Mr. Brent!!!
i went to go pick up my prescription and found that they had closed down the shop in the middle of their supposed open hours. i am now missing vital medication because they closed with no signage or anything. and it wasnt lunchtime either, it was in the middle of the evening at 4. absolutely frustrating
There is a CVS across the street from me and I drive across town just to come to this one. I've been coming here for years and both pharmacists have always been professional, caring, and knowledgable.
Switched pharmacies because the older man that works there was incredibly rude and disrespectful last time I was there. He spoke to me like I was stupid. If he hates his job that much then maybe he should go retire or find new work.
