This is genuinely the B Team of CVS pharmacies. Wait is longer than elsewhere, and they *always* get something wrong.
Incredibly frustrating and dishonest service from staff. No accountability for errors.
The slowest pharmacy you can possibly imagine. Whatever the slowest speed you can imagine is, make it twice as slow.
The gentleman who worked there was looking up my medication and it took him quite some time because he was scrolling short videos on his phone most of the time. I was shocked! More time spent watching videos than helping the customer! Eventually his colleague was able to find my medication.
