Horrible, horrible pharmacy service. for two days, they've been working on my prescription...called and they said it was being worked on as we spoke (12:45pm)...told them great, I would be in early afternoon...its 6:30 pm! They aren't ready yet, they are "working on it". Come on, it takes almost 6 hours to fill 30 pills? Do they put 1 pill in the vial every 10 minutes?
This is the closest cvs to my home so it is more convenient for me to stop here I have to say they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered the pharmacy staff is extremely rude and has no sense of urgency my dr sent over a prescription at 8:15 am it is now 9:27 it is still not filled the pharmacy staff said you can wait we don’t have time now in the future I will not have prescriptions sent to this location I would rather drive out of my way then have people be ignorant to me especially being sick
