As usual, I just had my flu shot and Covid shot at CVS Pharmacy and as usual it was totally professional, simple and I only had to wait a few minutes at most. Professional staff.
Great staff, store products and love the store hours.
Pharmacy manager has got zero chill. I have been trying to use a manufacturer’s coupon alongside my insurance for a very common Rx. “They don’t know how a pharmacy actually works” he said to me on my second visit today. Eli Lilly doesn’t know, I asked politely? He seemed mad at me for no reason whilst he staff tried so hard to help me with a simple rebill. If you hate your job, move on. Don’t take it out on loyal customers.
