Great pharmacy and service!
am so disappointed to write this because I have always been very happy with this pharmacy - the staff is excellent and they are the only ones who can consistently get hard-to-find medications quickly. However, the new phone system is a total disaster. It is a "closed loop" that makes it impossible to reach the pharmacist. It’s a shame that such a great team is being hidden behind a system that blocks patient access. Please fix this so I don’t have to take my business elsewhere.
A chaotic store that treats its customers like thieves. Everything locked up. Obvious things not stocked. Check-out people surly. I only use CVS because the independent local pharmacy I used for years was unable to obtain one of my meds anymore. Coming in here for anything is a downer experience.
