2/7/25 Dropped off Flu prescription at 2:20pm, said ready in two hours. No one ever called/text,! Automated system gave wrong information. 6:30 pm I had to get out of my sick bed & go in person. Prescription had been ready since 3:30 pm, three hours of wasted time while I was at home sick & suffering with the Flu! No one cared enough about me or doing their job, by calling or texting me.
