I ordered one-hour photographs from this CVS. I ordered them online and paid for them in advance. They were needed for a present in a timely matter. I stopped in an hour after they were scheduled to be ready, according to my pick up and confirmation email. I arrived in, waited 30-minutes in line and a very grumpy clerk told me their machine was broken and "shouldn't have let me ordered." The problem? It did and they never called me or volunteered to transfer my order elsewhere.
