This pharmacy was my go to until now. I have a time sensitive prescription and they didn’t have my medication in stock. They didn’t call me right away to let me know the medication was ordered and it was going to take a few days. I only had 1 week to pick it up. Walgreens had my medication in stock so I called CVS and asked them to send it to Walgreens. I called the number through Google and some lady answered. I started trying to explain the problem I have and in 2 sec was met with "uh you're supposed to leave a voicemail and we call you back, we're really busy" and hung up. Like what?
I have been a customer at this pharmacy for years. The other day I brought a prescription to be filled, and the pharmacy tech - he wasn't wearing a name tag so I wasn't able to get his name - was extremely unprofessional and rude. He read my prescription, looked at me, and essentially screamed, "This is for pneumonia?! Is this for you?!"
