This is regarding the CVS pharmacy in Midfield Alabama. They have the worst customer service as related to answering phone calls. I have had this problem with them for years. I called and waited 7 minutes before a man picked up and quickly said please hold. After 10 minutes he came back with the same message and then we were disconnected. Do not know how to give a flu shot . The pharmacist at CVS Guesner road Houston Texas does not know how to give a flu shot way high in the shoulder. He hits the bone because he gives the shot way high in the shoulder and not follow the instructions of three fingers. I am disappointed that the pharmacist does not know how to give flu shot .
