I had some issues with my RX number and the male tech or pharmacist was so kind to help me to get everything fixed ,I also put him on the phone with my insurance person🤣 . I have been paying out of pocket with two medical insurances in hand ,I figured its time to get this fixed . I couldnt find the name of the person that helped me ,but I am telling you all ,he is awesome !!!!!!!
A pharmacist sent me home with the wrong bottle of pills. When I came back and told the pharmacist that I spoke with on the phone, WHO DIDN'T IMMEDIATELY PULL THE WRONG BOTTLE, she first tried to blame it on me, then demanded physical descriptions of who checked me out for it. So unprofessional. You're the pharmacist. Take responsibility and fix it. You guys can argue about who is to blame after I leave, preferably in the back and not in front of customers. Excelente servicio al cliente
I Was the only person standing in line at the prescription pick up counter the other day. There was one girl putting meds away and another lady on the computer. I wasn’t sure if anyone knew I was there waiting since nobody said anything. I proceeded with a “hello” and the lady said, “I know, I see you”. Ummm… how was I supposed to know you seen me???
