I’ve had a bad experience with very rude pharmacist Shepard at this location. She made me wait for 40 minutes after checking in for scheduled vaccination appointment. And I’m sure it could’ve been longer if I hadn’t asked to cancel my appointment and left. She was working alone and had it as an excuse to keep serving people who came later. If there is no tech and no “first come first served” rule just let me know and don’t waste everyone’s time. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment then?

This particular CVS in Target is amazing and it is because of the people working there. They are incredibly helpful and friendly. We have had a couple of issues with our insurance and meds and they have helped to get everything sorted out and done. Can not thank you enough!!

The order arrived from yesterday, they are medicines for a child with a fever who needs antibiotics, the pharmacist told me that she is alone attending today at CVS and that she needs me to look for my order tomorrow (2 days after they received the order). The woman who took care of me has been a lack of professionalism, she has been annoyed because I asked her to send my order to another pharmacy because I need it urgently and I have been waiting for more than 24 hours and she wants 24 hours more.
