My brother just got out of the hospital because of kidney stone. I went through the drive thru to get his pain medication so they could see him and his ID because he was a new patient. I asked how long and pharmacy tech told me 1 hr. I asked him if they could fill it faster. He said pharmacy drop offs are always an hour, but inside was 15 minutes. We took the prescriptions back and my brother had to walk them in as the morphine was wearing off. Poor customer service is why I don’t use CVS pharmacy.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have been here at least 6 times and ALL 6 times, they messed my order up.
