The only reason the pharmacist didn't ask me to schedule a vaccine is because I am totally vaxed (from CVS). They are efficient, and can answer most of the questions, and refer me back to my MD for those they cannot answer.
Brian and the staff went over and above to help me from getting my script switched and getting it very reasonable priced!
Always quick, polite, and helpful.
The in-person experience is usually fine, though quite impersonal, especially compared to the local pharmacy I previously went to before changing insurances. However, the phone tree is incredibly frustrating, with essentially no option for a customer at home to ask a brief question of a pharmacist.
