I provided the pharmacy tech with my driver’s license and insurance card for a vaccine on 1/5/2026 at Coconut Point Target. When completing the questionnaire before the injection, I noticed that my name was spelled incorrectly and informed the pharmacy tech. She said she would fix it. A few minutes later, a different pharmacy tech/pharmacist came out to give me the vaccine. Our CVS pharmacy at Coconut Point in Estero, Florida has an incredible staff. They are never act as though they are rushed although we know they are extremely busy. They always are so very pleasant and helpful. We will never use another pharmacy.
