All the new improvements won't keep loyal customers with a sullen ESL pharmacist messing up the atmosphere. Not hard to figure out why Ms. Nasty had only one subordinate serving the drive-thru while stepping around neglected inventory on the floor. yikes. where did she displace her coworkers?????

They don't do there job . They are rude . An the have no customer sevrice skills . Not the whole store just the pharmacy is this way . CVS needs new job pharmacy technicians . Ones that know what to do in every situation.
They usually have the medicine that I need in stock but sometimes they don't. They used to call around to other cvs's to find your meds but for some reason they have stopped doing that. WHY???
