The manager whose name is Joy is very , very rude. What kind of manager who's into customer service who does even want or care to listen to the customer's concerns or requests? She keeps interrupting you if you have some questions and tries to get off the responsibility by saying, "I am off the clock now." Poor customer service. After looking at the cards I had ordered I noticed the photos had been printed crooked and that the envelopes would not even fit the cards if they had been printed correctly. I went back to the store to have them correct the problem and was told I would have to wait until the end of the line for a second time. I told the cashier I had already waited long enough as they had trouble finding my order to begin with and that I did not have time to wait again.
