So this is now the second time I have an issue with this specific CVS. I had an issue with hospice meds a couple of months ago. Manger called and apologized but here were are again. Today a physician faxes the hospice meds at 530 pm. I go to the store at 8:00 and I and told there is no order. I tell her it was faxed and sent here. Nope they don’t have it. If I could give this location a zero I absolutely would. I'm visiting the area out of town and had a prescription called in around 8AM and later called at 10AM to see if it had been received and when it would be ready. No answer, and I was left on hold for over 30 minutes. I then called the front of the store and asked a young lady if the pharmacy was open, she stated they were busy and had no other answer. I asked if she could see if someone would answer the phone and she put me on hold for over 45 minutes, which I was stil... read more
RecommendedStaff is usually friendly. But they tend to be slow. Currently I am behind 2 cars at the drive through and have not moved in 10 minuets.
