You need to train your employees better. They denied medication to a US citizen from Puerto Rico and asked him for his visa. He's already a citizen, because Puerto Rico is a US territory, you idiots!

Went in for a flu shot because of the flashy “minute clinic” ad. Still sitting waiting for a flu shot almost an hour later. I was the only one waiting at the minute clinic btw.

I posted 5 so CVS would post this. Thought of the day. I think it is time that you invest in security. I think the company needs to invest in a person to sets in an office and views what is going on in your store and be able to automatically report it to the local police. I have been a loyal customer but since all of the recent robberies I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere. I no longer feel safe in you establishment. Please do something before one of your loyal employees or loyal customers is hurt or killed.

After living in Delphi for the past 6 years and loving the staff at the CVS pharmacy there I moved go West Lafayette and decided to use this CVS..the worst mistake I made!!! I have now switched to Meijer pharmacy because of the horrible experiences I have had here. Prescriptions are never ready on time. The wait it always long. I requested them to contact my dr office for refills which they said they did and it was denied so I called my dr office who said they did call in the refills the day before.
