This location is absolute garbage. Been about a year now and I’ve never went in and gotten out with my prescription in under 15 minutes even if there’s only 1 person in front of me. I’ve gotten home twice with an EMPTY bottle so now I always check the bag before I leave. The amount of times I’ve stood in line for 20 minutes and people continuously skip the line and the pharmacists act like they’re blind. Needed to pick up a prescription for my wife (it had been on backorder for 3+ weeks). Went at 7:30 PM on my way home from work and they were closed (7pm). So, hustled from work the next day and arrived right before 7. They were already closed. I spoke to them through their gate and challenged them, noting they closed early. They said they didn't. I experience problems with this pharmacy almost every time I use it. Roughly nine out of ten visits involve an issue. I frequently receive automated messages stating that a prescription is ready, but when I arrive, I am told it is not. When I mention the message, staff tell me they have nothing to do with the automated texts, which leaves me wasting trips with no resolution.
