I experience problems with this pharmacy almost every time I use it. Roughly nine out of ten visits involve an issue. I frequently receive automated messages stating that a prescription is ready, but when I arrive, I am told it is not. When I mention the message, staff tell me they have nothing to do with the automated texts, which leaves me wasting trips with no resolution. Always courteous and helpful. A little bit awkward because you have to go through Target to get there and there's no drive through line, but since we are often in Target anyway, it works well for us.
Prescription refills are not filled promptly and therefore I will be missing 2 days of my medication due to my prescription not being ordered timely after being told last week it would be ordered and available today.
Wish they could improve the terrible customer service.
