Wish they could improve the terrible customer service.
I agree with every single review stating how rude Casey is. So many times I’ve seen it. First time a lady was asking about a certain product, and she said “I don’t work for target, I can’t help you”. It was medicine related, and I don’t understand why she couldn’t take five mins to help this lady out. I ended up showing the lady what aisle, and I had two kids with me at the time. This happened again and the pharmacist finally went over and helped after Casey wouldn’t. And the pharmacist was on crutches at the time!!! She has... read more
I have debated about writing this review for the past year. Casey has the worst customer service of anyone I have ever run across in my life. She is rude, abrupt, abrasive, all around, just a miserable person. She should not have a job in customer service! She treats people as if they are stupid. I used to think that she was only rude to me, however, I have heard her on multiple occasions, treat other customers just as poorly. She even has issues with her own coworkers.
