I agree with every single review stating how rude Casey is. So many times I’ve seen it. First time a lady was asking about a certain product, and she said “I don’t work for target, I can’t help you”. It was medicine related, and I don’t understand why she couldn’t take five mins to help this lady out. I ended up showing the lady what aisle, and I had two kids with me at the time. I have debated about writing this review for the past year. Casey has the worst customer service of anyone I have ever run across in my life. She is rude, abrupt, abrasive, all around, just a miserable person. She should not have a job in customer service! She treats people as if they are stupid. I used to think that she was only rude to me, however, I have heard her on multiple occasions, treat other customers just as poorly. She even has issues with her own coworkers. Casey is the sweetest tech ever
Kate, in the pharmacy, was rude and unhelpful. Perhaps a job that does not deal with the public, would be better for her and therefore the customers. I see that there are many low ratings about the pharmacy department in this location. CVS, you need to do something about that. Certainly things have not gotten better at the Mt. Juliet location, even after so many poor reviews!
This pharmacy is always so friendly and helpful. I just wish there was a drive-thru. But, I would rather deal with the inconvenience than use walgreens, who are retched.
