The pharmacists are very genuine and kind to me. I think they recognize me, my regular prescriptions, and they take care of me. They have helped apply coupons I didn't know about, have been understanding when having to wait to pick something up, and have been warm and gracious to me. It's so important to me that I feel safe when I seek care, and the staff does a lot.

I adore Jared- Everyone who works at this pharmacy that I’ve interacted with is always so pleasant and helpful, but Jared really goes the extra mile. Other CVS are closer to my house and this isn’t even my preferred target.. but i will make the trip to this one because of the staff here.

I arrived on time to pick up my prescription and the pharmacist told me she was going to lunch and not helping me anyway. I told her I didn’t understand why that would be and she told me I was “wasting her time” as she closed the pharmacy early to ensure that I’d spend another hour going back and forth there. One of the most disappointing interactions with someone in the medical that I’ve ever had.

I'm getting terribly frustrated with this pharmacy. I keep getting a notification that I have so many days to pick up a script and I picked it up about 2 weeks ago. Tried to call & talk to a live person to no avail. Other than that I haven't had an issue.
