Be more clear when handing medication to customers
I am angry that my consumer rights to take my business where I choose is being hijacked by CVS Caremark - who forces consumers to switch to their 90 day program, or else pay the whole price for my prescriptions - a drug plan that essentially says, use our pharmacy or sacrifice prescription drug coverage. Horrible. Pharmacy line even though they have the 3 cashiers was incredibly long I understand it's like that all the time. The item that was needed was out of stock. The pharmacist was not willing to call in to the surgeon's office. Wanted me to do it. Didn't expect delivery until the middle of the week. Nor was very concerned that somebody that was just released from the hospital did not have the ability to go to another Pharmacy to pick it up within a reasonable amount of time considering it was pain meds.
