I've called multiple times to contact this cvs the past 2 days to cancel my online order and no answer once I get past the robot which is already difficult. I got ahold of a female last night and she could't even help me had no idea how to cancel an online order which they can do on there computer cause I cannot do it on my end once I finish my order. CVS, as a whole, does not garner much merit for customer service (even though they fill a perported 66% of our nation's prescriptions). I've been to a LOT of locations throughout the country, and have been "less than thrilled" (putting it lightly), with most of them. This particular CVS is SO on point, within 15 minutes of my PCP submitting a prescription, I get a notification that it has been filled! The staff at this location are amazing! They are personable and extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they work hard to have prescriptions ready .
