CVS, as a whole, does not garner much merit for customer service (even though they fill a perported 66% of our nation's prescriptions). I've been to a LOT of locations throughout the country, and have been "less than thrilled" (putting it lightly), with most of them. This particular CVS is SO on point, within 15 minutes of my PCP submitting a prescription, I get a notification that it has been filled! The staff at this location are amazing! They are personable and extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they work hard to have prescriptions ready .
Always the nicest staff and always have meds ready in a timely manner! The staff always makes time for each patient picking up their meds even when they are super busy. Karen specifically called me the very next morning, when I had issues with a prescription not being sent to the pharmacy the day before. She called stating she had my meds ready for me and even told me what my copay would be.
